1 Overview & Admission Flow परिचय एवं प्रवेश प्रक्रिया
The S.N. Sen B.V. PG College Online Admission Portal lets you apply for admission to UG & PG programmes without visiting the college. The whole process is divided into 5 steps which you can complete in one sitting or come back to later using your Token ID and password.
2 Before You Start शुरू करने से पहले
Keep the following ready — this saves time and avoids mid-form interruptions:
- A working mobile number — OTP for final submission is sent here
- A valid email address
- Aadhaar number (12 digits)
- Your High School & Intermediate marksheets (and Graduation marksheets if applying for PG)
- University Registration Number (URN) from CSJM University — required for UG/PG admission
- A scanned passport-size photo and signature in JPG/PNG (max 300 KB each)
- Other supporting documents (Aadhaar, Caste Certificate, TC, etc.) — JPG / PNG / PDF, max 300 KB each
Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best experience. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
3 Registration & Token Generation पंजीकरण एवं टोकन
- Open the admission portal on your browser.
- Click on "New Registration" from the login page.
- Fill in basic details: name, mobile number, email, course you wish to apply for.
- You will receive a Token ID and Password on your registered mobile number.
- Save these details securely — you will need them to login again.
Each candidate must register with a unique mobile number, email and Aadhaar. Duplicate registrations are not allowed.
4 Login to the Portal पोर्टल पर लॉगिन
- On the login page, enter your Token ID (e.g.
TKN2026001). - Enter your Password.
- Click "Login / लॉगिन" to access your application.
Use the helpline numbers in the left sidebar to request a password reset. Have your Token ID ready.
5 Step 1 — Personal Details व्यक्तिगत विवरण
Fill in your personal information accurately. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name — exactly as on your marksheet (no abbreviations).
- Date of Birth — pick from the calendar (DD/MM/YYYY).
- Aadhaar Number — 12 digits (auto-formatted as 9999-9999-9999).
- Mobile, Email — double-check; OTP & alerts go here.
- Category, Caste, Sub-Category — select from the dropdowns.
- Address, City, State, PIN Code — permanent address used for college records.
- University Reg. No. & Security Code — from your CSJM University registration.
Aadhaar, Mobile and Email are used as unique identifiers. They cannot be changed without contacting the college.
6 Step 2 — Academic Details शैक्षणिक विवरण
Enter your previous examination marks. The portal automatically shows the rows relevant to the class you are applying for:

For each row, enter Board/University, Subject(s), Year of passing, Roll No., Maximum marks and Marks obtained. Percentages are calculated automatically.
7 Step 3 — Subject Selection विषय चयन
Select the subjects you wish to study. Subject availability depends on the class you applied for:
- UG (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com.): choose 3 Major Subjects + 1 Minor + Vocational + Co-Curricular as per university norms.
- PG (M.A. Hindi / Sociology / etc.): select PG Group Subjects from the available list (2-10 subjects depending on the programme).

8 Step 4 — Document Upload दस्तावेज़ अपलोड
Upload scanned copies of your documents. Max file size 300 KB each. Photo and Signature must be image files (JPG/PNG); PDF is not allowed for those two.

Compress it using a free tool like iLovePDF or TinyPNG until it is under 300 KB. Do not upload password-protected PDFs.
9 Step 5 — Preview, OTP & Final Submit पूर्वावलोकन एवं अंतिम जमा
- Review every section carefully — once submitted, no changes are possible.
- Click "🚀 Final Submit" at the bottom of the Preview page.
- A 6-digit OTP is sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and click "Validate Now".
- If correct, your form is finalised and saved — you will be taken to the Print page.
Wait 2-3 minutes, then click "Resend OTP". The previous OTP becomes invalid the moment a new one is generated.
Once OTP is verified and the form is submitted, no field can be edited online. Contact the college office if any correction is needed.
10 Fee Payment शुल्क भुगतान
After submitting the form, you can pay the fee online. The total amount is shown on the Preview & Print pages.
- Accepted payment modes: UPI / QR Code, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash at the college counter.
- Practical fee (₹ 340 per subject) is added automatically based on subject selection.
- Home Science fee (₹ 2,900) is collected separately, if applicable.
- For BBA / BCA, a flat ₹ 15,000 per semester applies.

11 Print Admission Form प्रवेश फॉर्म प्रिंट करें
- After OTP verification, click "Print Admission Form".
- The form opens as a PDF in your browser.
- Use Ctrl + P (or ⌘ + P on Mac) to print, or click the download icon to save it.
- Print on A4 paper, sign at the marked places, and submit it at the college office along with photocopies of your documents.
You can re-login any time using your Token ID and download the form again from the Print page.
12 Frequently Asked Questions अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्न
Q1. Can I edit my form after submitting?
No. Once OTP is verified and the form is submitted, all fields are locked. Visit the college office for corrections.
Q2. My document file is more than 300 KB. What do I do?
Compress it using any free online compressor (e.g., iLovePDF, TinyPNG, ILoveIMG). Aim for under 300 KB while keeping it readable.
Q3. Can I use a PDF for the Photo or Signature?
No. Photo and Signature must be image files (JPG or PNG). PDF is allowed for all other documents.
Q4. I did not receive the OTP. Can I still submit?
OTP is mandatory for final submission. Wait 2-3 minutes and click "Resend OTP". If still not received, check the mobile number you used during registration and contact the helpline.
Q5. How can I check my application status?
Login to the portal — the dashboard shows your current step. After final submission, you'll see the form download option directly.
Q6. Is the registration fee refundable?
No. The application/registration fee is non-refundable as per college policy. See the Payment Policy.
Q7. What is a URN?
University Registration Number — issued by CSJM University after you register on their portal. Use the link University Registration in the sidebar to obtain it.
