By accessing and using the Online Admission Portal of S.N. Sen B.V. Post Graduate College, Kanpur ("the College"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using this portal.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering, or submitting an application through this portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Eligibility
- It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to verify his/her eligibility for the program applied for, as per the College's Prospectus and University guidelines.
- The College does not verify eligibility at the time of online submission. Verification is done only at the time of Counselling / Admission.
- Submission of an online application does not guarantee admission.
3. Accuracy of Information
- All information furnished by the applicant must be true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Submission of false, misleading, or incorrect information may result in cancellation of the application or admission, at any stage.
- The candidate alone shall be responsible for all consequences arising out of incorrect information.
4. Account & Login Credentials
- Login credentials (Token ID and Password) sent on the registered Mobile Number / Email ID must be kept confidential.
- The College shall not be responsible for any misuse of credentials by third parties.
5. Application Fee & Payment
- The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payment-related queries shall be governed by the Payment Policy.
6. Document Upload
- Only scanned copies of original documents in the prescribed formats and sizes are permitted.
- Mobile-camera photos of documents are not accepted.
- The College reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, illegible, tampered, or do not meet the specified criteria.
7. Final Submission
- Once the form is finally submitted, no changes can be made by the candidate.
- The College may, at its discretion, re-enable a form for editing in genuine cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
The College shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this portal, including but not limited to network failures, server downtime, data loss, or third-party service issues.
9. Modification of Terms
The College reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
